As much as we love tiny homes, the fact is there are folks who require more space. This model doubles down with a finished basement. We repeat the floor plan downstairs with two more bedrooms, two more bathrooms, and a second living area / rec room.

Being a two-story home, it makes practical sense to go with a traditionally ducted HVAC system. You still have an electric heat pump, and a tankless water heater, although if natural gas is your thing, you can always specify a gas furnace and appliances.
