Our two bedroom plan is the updated version of our Prototype. Instead of an open dog trot breezeway, it’s now enclosed to provide more interior space in the living area. Features include a tri-zone electric mini-split HVAC system, tankless electric water heater, and two fireplaces, one of which is in the mater bedroom. Comes pre-wired for solar panels.
