Our smallest model features an electric dual-zone ductless mini split HVAC, electric appliances, tankless electric water heater, and is pre-wired for solar panels. Despite its small footprint, the large deck is the same size as those on our other models. Fiber cement panels clad the exterior, along with a metal roof that should last as long as the house.
